It is the core of the identity of the local community in the village of "Balansoura", and is distinguished by its diversity in folk stories, traditional arts and handicrafts, which reflect its history and rich cultural heritage.

The people of the "Al_Safina" in the village of "Balansoura" work to express their cultural identity and convey messages of peace among members of society through the arts in its various forms, which reflect their thoughts and feelings.
Psychological Support
It is an essential part of "Al_Safina" vision, which seeks to provide a safe environment that allows individuals to freely express their feelings and thoughts, and work to improve their mental health with the aim of enabling individuals to live in internal and societal peace.
Our initiative
Safina Balansoura
An initiative that aims to enable young people to express themselves and enhance effective communication between them and the community, and to create a safe space for young people in the village of Balansoura, enabling them to communicate with themselves and others through artistic and cultural activities that aim to enhance dialogue skills and exchange opinions. In cooperation with the dialogue platform "KAICIID".
The tale of the needle and thread
An initiative that aims to support women in the villages of Balansoura and Sultan Hassan, by developing their abilities to express their feelings and thoughts in a safe space, and empowering them economically by learning the craft of sewing and embroidery. In cooperation with the Union of European Regional Cultural Institutes in Egypt (EUNIC Egypt).
