Al-Safina was officially registered as a non-profit. organization under the auspices of the Ministry of Social Solidarity (No. 318)
Who We Are
It is a non-profit organization that works to promote free expression, exploration, creativity, and peaceful coexistence with others, through the use of cultural and artistic tools and psychological support - in the village of Balansoura - a marginalized and geographically remote village.
It is connected by an unstable transportation network, and suffers from a state of societal tension and lack of acceptance of others.
This is due to the lack of sustainable spaces that bring Christians and Muslims together, and their presence is limited to public schools only
Hence, “AlSafina” came to be a true space for dialogue and rapprochement, where every individual is allowed to express himself freely and discover his energies in a safe environment.

2021
An old house affiliated with the Evangelical Church was transformed to an actual premise for the organization with minimal resources. The dream became a reality when an old house.
2023
Al-Safina was officially inaugurated as a center for culture, arts, and psychological support.
2025
Al-Safina was officially registered as a non-profit organization under the auspices of the Ministry of Social Solidarity (No. 318)
